Grab a paint brush

Well. We have keys to our new Leamington abode. I don't think I'm underestimating when I say every single wall/surface/ceiling needs a coat of paint. And those that don't need painting need cleaning. So we've been getting on with that, with loads of help from my Mum, who is a painting goddess. Two rooms down, several to go.

The internet is being switched on on Tuesday, so the moving men are bringing our bed and stuff on Wednesday. This is not a coincidence!

I've hardly been in the shop lately. I popped down this evening and admired the pretty Easter window display:

Amy made metres and metres of Easter garland, it's so pretty!

Apparently Zoë came to play shop on Saturday, adding some of her 'I've just stepped out of the pages of an Enid Blyton book' chic to the shop. I think everywhere needs a bit more of that, don't you?

Easter! It's not far away. If you fancy something for Easter that isn't chocolate, we can offer you the following:
Bunny face egg cups. Tigers also available.
Cute bunny night lights
Salt and pepper shakers that are little baby lambies
(English teachers everywhere are crying into their porridge)
A bunny to store your money

We also have some fabulous Easter cards in stock - some have hand sewn felt egg brooches on them (made by Zoë!) and some are made from vintage postcards, a bit like the cards we had at Christmas.

I'll be taking a break from painting for knit and natter on Tuesday of course. Some things just can't be missed.  Unless you're Irish and you go to lots of craft shows.
