*Lead time before shipping varies depending how busy we are; we aim to dispatch the working day following receipt of your order, but if we are quiet and you order early enough, we might ship the same day. Gift wrapping may also lead to a small delay.

**See above, however by selecting this shipping method, you will jump to the front of the queue. We offer a next day service, however if your order is received after/too close to our daily collection (times vary), your order will be shipped the next working day.

***Prices shown for deliveries up to 3kg. If your order is particularly bulky or heavy, we may have to contact you with a revised shipping quote. However, these prices cover almost everything we stock. Should you choose not to proceed, we will issue a refund immediately.

+ If items are returned to us due to unpaid import fees, shipping fees will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your online purchase++, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us for a refund. Please email contact@berylune.co.uk to let us know to expect your return within 14 days of receipt. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hats, hair accessories, make-up, skincare, fragrance (including home fragrance), perishable items (such as food), date sensitive products (such as diaries or magazines) and seasonal items. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Returns must be received within 14 days. Please ensure a copy of your dispatch note is enclosed.

Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Berylune Loyalty Scheme

Loyalty Points will be earned at the rate of 1 point for every whole pound spent on eligible goods, both in store and on our website.

Customers must be logged in to earn Loyalty Points on their account.

If you wish to accrue Loyalty Points on in store purchases, please advise your Berylune server before making payment at the counter.

We may apply Loyalty Points to your account retrospectively, if a receipt is presented to us with the original payment card within 30 days of purchase, and no other account has been credited with the Loyalty Points earned from that sale. Sales prior to 12th May 2023 are not eligible.

Loyalty Points are not transferrable between accounts.

Loyalty Points are valid for one year from being issued.

International customers are excluded from the Berylune Loyalty Scheme.

Loyalty Points can currently be exchanged for the following:

100 points - 10% Loyalty Discount code

150 points - 15% Loyalty Discount code

200 points - 20% Loyalty Discount code

Loyalty Points, once redeemed for a Loyalty Discount code, cannot be refunded to your account.

Loyalty Discount codes, once created, must be used within 12 months of issue.

Loyalty Discount codes are valid for one use, in store or online.

Loyalty Discount codes are assigned to your account, so you must be logged in for them to work.

Berylune reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Loyalty Scheme at any time, and may choose to exclude some customers from the scheme without explanation.

Berylune may refuse to honour Loyalty Discount codes and/or issue Loyalty Points, if in its reasonable opinion, it considers that the Berylune Loyalty Scheme is being misused.

Loyalty Discount codes can be used against both full price and sale items.

Returned items will result in the cancellation of any Loyalty Points accrued from the original sale.

If Loyalty Discounts awarded as a result of a sale have subsequently been used, the customer may not receive a full refund for the returned items.

Some items will be excluded from the Loyalty Discount. Mustard Made Lockers and Magazines are currently excluded; please contact us directly for an up to date list of exclusions. These excluded products are subject to change without notice.
