A olive wood risotto spoon is designed to glide through rice to create a smooth, creamy texture without crushing the delicate grains.
Olive wood is highly durable due to the extreme hardness produced through its slow growth. The high oil content makes it water-repellent, non-slip and supple.
Hand wash and dry afterwards to preserve the wood, rub with olive or sunflower oil every now and then, and allow to dry.
