Established in 1962 La Sablésienne continues the long established art of French biscuit making by conserving a traditional method of production. All ingredients are free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours as well as many of them being sourced locally.

Plain shortbread cookie: WHEAT four, BUTTER 21.2%, sugar, EGGS, salt, skimmed MILK power, raising agent sodium bicarbonate.
Caramel shortbread cookie: WHEAT four, BUTTER 269%. sugar, pieces of salted butter caramel 5% (sugar, glucose syrup, MILK, BUTTER 10%, Guerande salt 0.3%), natural caramel flavour, EGGS, salt, skimmed MiLK powder, raising agent sodium bicarbonate.
