Craft Hot Chocolate Flakes
'A medium-roasted Mexico made from Lavado cacao ('washed' rather than fermented), which is less sweet than other 80% flakes, with notes of malt, walnuts and nutmeg. This ancient process makes for chocolate which is rich in flavonoids and theobromine. Makes insane mochas too. Even with acidic, lightly-roasted coffee.'
Two-Ingredient, made with just cacao + sugar.
Just as delicious made with oat milk as with cow's milk.
Flakes (rather than drops) to avoid bottom-cup-sludge. Suitable for vegans.
How To Make:
Melt 30g of hot chocolate in a splash of boiling water and stir. Add hot (not boiling) milk and stir until combined. Sprinkle a few flakes on top to finish!
