Dominican Salt 68%
Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth within the chocolate for 24 hours and acts as a flavour indicator to bring out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.

Guatemala 68% Dark
Single origin Guatemala 68% Dark with taste notes of floral honey and lemon zest, smoothly followed by a malt and pecan finish.

Honduras 60% Milk
Single origin Honduras 60% milk chocolate with taste notes of raisin and tangy orange at first, finishing with delicious coffee and creamy milk.

Honduras Milk 59% with Ethiopian Coffee
Cacao and coffee in perfect harmony. This lightly roasted filter coffee pairs beautifully with our milk chocolate. The coffee is a beautiful Organic Ethiopia, sourced and roasted by Tin Donkey Coffee, who we share a roaster with here in Glasgow.
Taste notes of dates, fudge, cream and delicate coffee.
